On via AMALFI59 in Cesena, a new way of living the university experience takes shape. The residence is housed in an existing building, reimagined through a project that places student life, its rhythm, and living spaces at the center. The immediate proximity to the university campus and the train station ensures a strategic location between study, mobility, and urban life, transforming the residence into a true haven to come home to and leave from. The building is developed over two levels, with the entrance on the ground floor, while the upper floor —accessible via a common staircase or elevator— hosts the living units. The project is designed to accommodate seven housing units, conceived as independent microcosms. Each unit is a small autonomous apartment, designed to offer privacy and comfort without sacrificing a sense of community. These are not simple rooms but complete living spaces where daily life can unfold naturally and smoothly. The implementation of the project was also made possible thanks to the financial support of the European Union, which played a key role in the development of the initiative, promoting the creation of a modern, sustainable infrastructure aimed at strengthening the right to education.

The bedrooms, single or double, are designed as protected and quiet spaces, suitable for both study and rest.
Common area
The common area represents the heart of each unit: a unique space integrating kitchen, dining area, and living space. Here, the space becomes a place for gathering, informal study, conversation, and relaxation.
Private services
Each unit is equipped with private facilities, including a bathroom with shower and a dedicated laundry area, ensuring greater autonomy, hygiene, and quality of living.
CRISTALLO579 Residence
La Residenza CRISTALLO579 si trova a Cesena, in via Savio 579, in un’area della città caratterizzata da un tessuto urbano recente e dinamico, ben collegata e inserita nella vita quotidiana della città. La posizione consente un rapporto diretto con i servizi, le infrastrutture e le principali direttrici di collegamento, offrendo agli studenti un contesto urbano attivo e facilmente fruibile. La residenza ospita cinque appartamenti, progettati per accogliere nuclei abitativi di dimensioni diverse e rispondere a differenti esigenze di condivisione.
