ECONOMIC REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THE REDUCED RATE
(TOTAL OF 11 BEDS AVAILABLE)
To access the benefits, you must certify the economic condition of your household as required by the call for applications. Specifically, for the academic year 2025/2026, your ISEE and ISPE values must fall within the established thresholds:

ISEE THRESHOLD: € 25.000,00
ISPE THRESHOLD: € 50.000,00

MERIT REQUIREMENTS
To access and confirm the assignment, you must achieve a minimum number of university credits (CFUs) each academic year, as specified in the call.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for benefits, you must complete your enrollment at the academic institution within the deadlines specified in the call.

Application deadline

The call for accommodation at the AMALFI59 residence will open on March 25, 2026, and close on May 15, 2026.
It is also possible to submit a late application, according to the terms and procedures specified in the call.

Which documents must be submitted with the application?

• Document certifying enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year in a degree course at the Cesena campus;
• A copy of a valid ID document. Non-EU international students must provide a copy of their passport and a copy of their residence permit or, if it is being renewed, a copy of the renewal application receipt;
• Valid ISEE certificate (to qualify for the reduced rate).

At a later stage, you will be required to provide:

• pay a security deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent;
• pay the first month’s rent;
• Signature of the acceptance form and the accommodation handover report.
